Overview: As a Marketing contractor I typically serve as a valued team member to large companies, startups or integrated communications agencies on 'hot projects" such as re-branding campaigns, pre-acquisition positioning, product launches, and recently blockchain and cryptocurrency token launches (aka ICOs).
2022: Synsal disease testing device, Head of Communications
Synsal founder Dr. Ned Saleh, Ph.D. has developed a methodology to test human and animal species’ blood for several contagious medical conditions; as Head of Communications I am creating the initial communications platform and core messages. Synsal is in pre-launch fundraising phase so additional details are confidential.
2021 - 2022: Robert Half International (NYSE RHI), Senior Project Manager
I was a project manager supporting the Business Transformation team as this global Fortune 100 company launched client and candidate-focused digital cloud and mobile app tools to attract previously-untapped revenue streams. My role required daily and weekly communication to track and report the software development team’s Sprint cycles and progress toward Robert Half’s product releases. Result: The teams achieved the planned product launch timing of Jan. 31, 2022.
2019 - 2020: Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), Social Media Governance Manager
I drove the audits of Visa’s 260+ active global social media channels in preparation for VISA's high-profile sponsorship of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. My role required daily communication with Visa domestic PR teams, as well as social media leads in Western Europe, APAC and CEMEA, to ensure consistent adherence to social media content guidelines while maintaining authentic, appealing localization. Outcome: I completed Visa Social Media Audit Phase 1 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, however the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics were canceled.
2019: Tailored Brands (NYSE: TLRD), Brand Assets Director
For this publicly traded, 20,000-person global clothing retailer, I handled content creation , refinement and on-time delivery of national, seasonal and partner marketing campaign assets. Examples included customer loyalty email campaigns, social media and website updates to announce and promote partnerships with the NFL and NHL, and in-store promotional content.
2018 - 2019: Arloid Automation, Marketing Communications Director
For the debut of this Smart Home Management product line, my responsibilities required coordinating with Russia and Dubai-based engineers; identifying key influencers in smart building and smart home management circles; facilitating conversations with potential investors; creating and refining marketing materials to elevate Arloid's presence and ROI at events and among targeted commercial audiences. Results: Arloid Automation successfully partnered with strategic real estate entities, smart home device and home security developers to debut Arloid products, achieving near-term revenue objectives.
2017: TCT Alcatel (NYSE: ALU), PR & Marketing Communications team member
I was a Marketing Communications team member for TCT Alcatel’s 2017 Consumer Electronic Show debut of its Blackberry platform and devices under new TCT Alcatel branding. My role involved revising and delivering content and setting up press and analyst meetings for the product launch team during the short & 'noisy' CES timeframe.
2017 - 2019: Marketing Communications Consultant for ICOs and Blockchain launch
Raised more than $158.1M
Developed and implemented strategic marketing campaigns for a wide variety of technology companies launching products or promoting their corporate brand, and for cryptocurrency companies in fundraising sprint mode.
Role required working closely with remote CEOs, remote engineering and remote product teams to establish or refine core messages, develop compelling marketing materials and implement fundraising campaigns to uplift the brand, promote the value proposition, earn analyst and media coverage, attract investors, partnerships and users.

2003 – 2004 OnPR Tech PR and Analyst Relations Agency, Account Director
Drove product PR strategy for Siebel Systems, the agency’s largest account (75%+ of total agency revenues). Worked at Siebel offices side by side with Siebel Corporate PR and product marketing teams to deliver PR and AR results. Launched Siebel OnDemand, the agency’s largest client and Siebel’s high-profile SMB CRM solution by positioning it directly against Salesforce.com. Oracle acquired Siebel in 2006.
